We are growing and in search for a Paternity-Coverage Customer Relations Representative from November, 2019 - August 2020 - with possibility for extension. Working with payment analyst responsibilities and who wants to be a part of democratising the booming esports industry.

What you’ll do

This is a broad role where you will be shifting between three different focus areas:

Payments - This is a crucial part that flows through our whole company. Here you make sure to analyse, control and approve payments to our end users, according to G-Loot’s compliance policy.

Email support - With a proactive approach you will have close communication with our end users about potential issues and managing incoming support tickets.

Esport operations - Our mobile platform hosts different games and online tournaments.

These responsibilities require close collaboration with your team, located in Stockholm. Apart from regular office programs, Zendesk and G Suite, you will be working with company specific custom built systems and interfaces. You will get the appropriate training in-house by your team.

Who we believe you are

We believe you are driven by problem solving and love to investigate until you find a solution.

This is an administrative role and in order to succeed it’s crucial that you have a systematic and structured way of working. Thoroughness is very important since you are managing transactions and payments of our users. We would love if you’re a gamer or into the esports industry, but it’s not a requirement - as long as you’re curious!

  • You are fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • You either have a business related degree or 1-2 years of experience working in finance, banking, logistics or the equivalent.
  • Please note this position is located in Stockholm, Sweden - we will not be able to provide a visa or travel re-location for this role.

Perks of joining us

At G-Loot we believe it’s a team effort to build really great esports products. We’re a tight team that loves to challenge each other, and share a vision on making esports available for everyone.

  • Work in a startup culture that live and breathe esports, where you will be growing our platform for the latest games.
  • Enjoy being apart of a fast-paced and creative environment, where esports tournaments are a part of our everyday life.
  • We constantly challenge each other at work, both in the office and online gaming.
  • We love hanging out during our AW's - whether that means grabbing a beer in the park, or chilling in our gaming room.
  • Great potential for personal growth.

We look forward to your application!

Please send your CV and Cover letter in English.

Our Culture

It's not uncommon to hear sounds of gunfire and buildings ablaze, as soldiers lead victories from our fully equipped gaming studio. Getting paid to play? Of course! It's all in a hard days work!

If that's not every gamer's dream, oh - there's more. A large part of our focus is arranging premier and globally broadcasted esports events in some of the biggest game titles on the market. We often fly in industry professionals; broadcasters, observers and players. These events are either hosted in a state of the art Stockholm studio, or located in other European cities.

All this sounds great? We haven't even mentioned our hack days, healthcare benefits, delicious breakfast every Friday, pinball machine, BMX bikes or competitive office tournaments!
