Are you looking to create unique and successful interactions with players? Developing daily and relevant content to our users, giving them a reason for continuous play while achieving long-term retention and monetisation objective. Then you sound like our new Engagement Producer! 

As part of the Life Cycle Management team within the G-Loot Product department, the Engagement Producer will plan and deliver on automated retention mechanics across assigned products. They will also run experiments and support the development of gamification and meta-game features.

Part of the Engagement Producer’s main tasks consists of breaking down data generated during users activities on our platform. The data to be assessed covers a wide spectrum of events with different focus; everything from specific user events to aggregated financial numbers. The main goal of the data inspection is to create actionable insights and understand what and why the patterns are as they are, whereas experimentation provides an understanding on how to positively influence these KPIs.

The Engagement Producer will work in close partnership with Product Managers, Marketing, BI and Tech.

We believe you are truly passionate about understanding human behaviour and always striving to create the best experience for our users. Motivated by problem solving, you are highly investigative and the master presenter when it comes to explain customer retention mechanics across the organisation.

We also think you’re interested in the world of games and curious to learn more.


Great understanding of the relationship between product, marketing and monetisation.

Knowledge in user behaviour mapping.

Understanding of hypothesis driven experimentation / AB testing techniques. 

Knowledge about data-extraction, SQL, BigQuery etc.

Comfortable to work with Google Analytics

Usage of data visualisation tools. E.g. Tableau, Excel, etc.

Have been working with agile management systems. E.g. Jira, Redmine

Statistical analysis is a plus

A person that find passion in working very data-centered

It’s a plus if you have a background in the gaming or esports industry
