GLL is the leading PUBG platform with hundreds of thousands of players worldwide, now expanding to new markets and games. As a Community Manager for Thailand you will be an important point of contact for us and the Thailand community.

As our Community Manager, you will be working closely with professional players and influencers to attract new players, ensuring our users stay engaged and receive the support they need on the GLL platform. You will have a lot of freedom to be creative and come up with new ideas on how to engage and interact with Thailand players. Further, you’ll provide news and announcements to players in your local language via social media channels popular in the Thailand community.

You will work closely with others within the community and esports team on finding the best ways for meaningful community engagement. Since we post tournaments during the evening, your work hours may vary which will require you to be flexible.

This position is remote, meaning you won't work at our HQ in Stockholm, but will be based  in Thailand.

We’re looking for a gamer with love for the Thailand esports & gaming community, that wants to pursue a career in esports and gaming. We believe you live and breathe esports and are a part of multiple communities. Compassionate when working with players, always empathetic to their needs, ensuring they have all the support they require. This means you need to have great communication skills in both English and Thai.

What do you need to thrive and succeed in this role? 

  • Be fluent in both English and Thai, both in speaking and in writing
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a digital communication role
  • An enthusiast for esports knowledge, especially the Battle Royale genre

It’s a bonus if you…

  • Have knowledge in other Asian languages
  • Have prior experience working within a gaming or esports company 
  • Have prior experience working with Battle Royale games
